[Xastir] Skywarn/Desktop/Laptop Symbols for Xastir

Ok, this one I probably really will need help on, as well as the new
/L (desktop computer) and /l (laptop computer) symbols.  I tried
taking the symbol below (JPG) and converting it to a reduced-color
XPM.  It still needs to go from 64x64 down to 20x20, and we have to
map it into our own colors.

Anyone here fancy themselves an artist?
