[Xastir] My deepest apologies...

I'm terribly, terribly sorry, but I just _had_ to add online topo's
to Xastir. The changes were just so easy to do that I couldn't pass
it up. The usefulness of this little change is amazing (thanks
Kirk!).

Xastir also now auto-installs terraserver.go and toposerver.geo in
your maps directory. Perform these steps to get the new online topo
maps and the geo's installed (the normal CVS build procedure). This
is assuming you're running CVS Xastir of course:

    cvs update
    ./bootstrap.sh
    ./configure
    make
    su
    make install (or "make install-strip")
    chmod 4555 /usr/local/bin/xastir
    exit

For users just getting started with Xastir, if you only install
ImageMagick support you'll have on-line satellite images, topo maps,
and street maps right away. Not bad for a start!

If you also installs Shapelib support, you'll have weather alerts
and many more maps available.

libproj and libgeotiff can be skipped by those that don't need
anything further than that, saving some people a bit of trouble.
These files are useful if you have USGS geoTIFF topo's or DOQ
satellite images available to you, but you can get the same thing
online now. It's just for those of us that have a need to run
untethered from the internet at times.
