[Xastir] Igate Instructions...And JavAPRSsrvr

OK...I guess I am back to using windoes with UI-View or installing
aprsd. All of the local snow birds or as I call them sunbirds (they
leave in the summer) want to gate back to RF while they are gone for 4
or so months at a time.
