[Xastir] "relay digipeat" option?

Oh well.  Just wondering.  There is digipeater software available for AGW 
but it isn't all that great.
Maybe I'll try running the tnc straight to the serial port... I just seem 
to remember cygwin not acting right the last time I checked.
