The kernel mkiss driver supports that.  You need a compatible KISS
eprom in order to use multidrop, however.  I think Kantronics TNCs have
this feature and there is an EPROM image from G8BPQ which does this for
TNC-2 clones (MFJ, Paccomm, etc.)
