[Xastir] snapshot.geo

Who wanted an auto-created snapshot.geo file?  Xastir CVS does that
now.

Pretty funny:  I can have one Xastir instance create them, and have
another use them as maps, then overlay new tracks on top of it.
Chain at will.

The code could be highjacked/extended to cache online maps to the
local drive for an area...
