Hmmm.  Perhaps on another Windows OS it works this way.  I tried it
on Win95/98 and NT4.

A quicker method of making the file (without needing an editor at
all) is this:


    touch .cvspass


I'll add this to the docs.  Thanks for being bull-headed enough to
get past my bull-headedness...  ;-)
