I didn't see any reference to "lcms" in what you sent.  That's the
"little color management system" I think.

That's just a warning.  Ignore it.

That's an ImageMagick library function I believe.  It likely means
that you're using a different version of ImageMagick that Xastir
isn't happy with.  Did you install from ImageMagick sources, or did
you install a Cygwin package for ImageMagick?  I've never done the
latter.
