[Xastir] Going slowly crazy

Try building it with ImageMagick-5.5.3 ?  I just
did that and it worked.  (Not tested with real maps
yet though -- today i was testing with Shapelibs.)

I can't recall where i picked up version 5.5.3 but
this past spring Curt was advocating its use (if i
recall correctly) and pointed to it at a website i
can't recall.
