[Xastir] New SUSE 9.0 install not recognizing OpenMotif development headers

It's not finding the header files for Motif. /usr/X11/include/Xm/
is the directory containing them. Make sure it is populated. If
not, you haven't installed what you thought you did.
I'm running SuSE 9.0 here, so I'll try to help further as you try
things.
