When you say "tactical callsign", do you mean a non-amateur callsign
or one that you've specifically assigned a tactical callsign to
yourself?

I made a lot of changes to strcpy() and strcat() functions recently
(over 100 changes), so it is very likely that I messed up some
string handling somewhere.
