[Xastir] libtiff.3 error?

Re-run ldconfig?  Perhaps when you did the update it messed with
your /etc/ld.so.conf file and/or the ld.so.cache file.  Make sure
the correct directories are listed and rerun ldconfig.  Wouldn't
hurt to verify that the libtiff.3 library is present either.
