[Xastir] Tiger maps server - kaput??

Well, looks like the servers hosting tiger data are 'offline' at the minute.

tiger.census.gov (148.129.75.130) dosen't respond to anything I've 
thrown at it - pings, traceroute, telnet, ftp, http, etc, etc....

No idea if this is a change, server crash or what - but it's not your 
copy of xastir that's failing at least.

FWIW, the guys over on the JavAPRS list are seeing this same problem - 
no online tiger maps.

Here's hoping it's just a glitch and not a change of 'status' or 
availability.
