I think you need a version of APRSD that has been tweaked to use the
AX.25 kernel networking ports. I think the original versions could
only connect to a serial port.
If you can get a version that will handle this, then you set up the
TNC in KISS mode, get it talking in Linux, connect everything in the
world to that one port.
