[Xastir] 3-Hr Baro

In View/Own Weather Data, there is a field named "3-Hr Baro".  I assume that
this is the barometer change from the last three hours.

However, whenever I look at the field it is either 0.00 or -0.00.  Never
anything other than 0.

I have an Ultimeter 2100 outputing in Complete Mode.  The Ultimeter display
claims a change of -0.12", but xastir just says -0.00"

Does anyone else see this behavior?
