Tigermap uses a sinusoidal projection, supposedly for rendering
speed.  Tigermaps don't work well over a larger area.  Nothing we
can do about it.

Instead, consider using local 2003 Tiger data converted to
Shapefiles.  See README.MAPS for where to find them.
