[Xastir] Beginner - weather radar maps?

Hi all,

I've seen reference to weather radar maps in the docs, and notice
the recent updates to USRadar.geo in the cvs code.  Could someone
explain to this xastir neophyte just how you go about viewing NWS
radar data through this great program?  Hope I haven't overlooked
an explanation in the docs.
