[Xastir] Map Problem

George,

	A couple of questions --

	1. What version of Xastir? (1.2.x, 1.3.0, 1.3.1, CVS)
	2. What zoom level are you at when you attempt this? (at too high a
zoom level you won't get anything back)
	3. Have you tried terraserver and/or toposerver to see if they work?
