[Xastir] Cygwin problem

Doesn't look like it.  I'm assuming that the configure step is
completing and giving you the nice summary as to which libraries
will be compiled in.

Are you getting any indication that the compile itself is going
wrong during the "make" step?

You might try a "make clean" and then a "make" again.
