[Xastir] debian and xastir

I have installed xastir for debian unstable and all libraries.
I use the gif maps and work fine with suse 9.0 and xastir 1.2.0 (compiled).
But with debian, xastir d'nt display maps. Is a bug.
Yes i have installed libmagick, Imagemagick, and all libraries disponibles.
Help me.
