Okay...I'll give my opinion :)

I'd like a mosaic that includes the following radar locations:

KILN/Wilmington, OH to the far right
KIWX/Northern IN to the top
KVWX/Evansville IN to the far left
KMRX/Knoxville, TN to the bottom

That would cover the Ohio valley.

Maybe a better option Gerry is to download the demo of StormLab. It has
some predefined mosaics that you could mimic.  They seem to be the blocks
of territory the majority of people want to see.
