[Xastir] Also problems with Tigermaps

Does the 'other user' have read permissions? I've seen some
"interesting" behavior w/ SuSE recently where it doesn't show me files I
don't have read permission on. Try using 'sudo ls -al
/usr/local/share/xastir/maps/*' as well as (as the user in question) 'ls
-al /usr/local/share/xastir/maps/*' to make sure that's the case.
