[Xastir] list email delivery problems

Me too. I often get messages from the xastir lists in bursts and some 
messages don't seem to get delivered at all (and some are delivered in 
non-chronological order). I can see this from the replies that quote 
earlier list messages, those that I haven't received at all. Also when 
someone replies to my message and sends it directly to me as well as to 
the list, I don't always get the copy of the message sent to the list.
