[Xastir] Adding offline maps?

You can also skip the "make" and just do a "make install" each time.
Same for Xastir itself.  Just might have to scroll back farther to
look for warnings than you normally would have to.  Errors aren't so
much the issue, as the compile will stop quickly at those points.

That's listed as one of the steps in the INSTALL file (I just
checked).

I'll be adding yet another configure option sometime today or
tomorrow.  Just an advanced warning!
