This is the one place where there's a chink in the armor... WIDE1-1 MUST 
ONLY be used as the first hop. SEA*,WIDE1-1 would activate all the home 
stations that have been reprogrammed from RELAY to WIDE1-1.

If SEA is going to send out a path like above, it should do so like this:

SEA*, WIDE2-1

Same number of hops, but due to the WIDE2-1, it will not activate the home 
stations.
