[Xastir] aprs data in a database

One more time.  PostgreSQL with the PostGIS patches is really spatially 
aware.  This is useful for an application like this.  MySQL tried but is 
not really functional as a spatial database yet.

Go with PostGIS.  It'll reduce headaches.
