If you dig deeper from that last link it says it doesn't come with
the free versions of Qt.  Wah.  Perhaps that'll change with the new
Qt4 though.

The Motif tool looks to be a stop-gap measure while migration is
happening, just so you don't have to migrate the whole thing at
once.  If we wanted something that would run directly on Windows
we'd need to convert it completely to Qt.  Same for Qtopia.  Might
as well just convert the whole thing and forget about the Motif
tool.
