[Xastir] messaging

I too find it difficult to keep track of what's happening.

I'd like to see it done differently. I'm just happy that the map selection 
dialog got changed, and the message timing is a little less aggressive than 
it once was.

Sounds good to me.

You can "Kick Timer" to reset the resend timer back down to it's initial 
value. Current timing and tries ends up running out tries after about 2 
hours.

> Can you clear acked messages, just show pending or rejected.

You can clear message history. This would get rid of acked messages, and the 
pending messages show up when they get sent next. I think rejected messages 
would dissappear.

> UI-View messaging window is "Almost" close to what we need.

I like the unified messaging window as well.

Incoming messages also show up in the Send Message window.
