[Xastir] messaging

Hi

I like the lower and upper panes. lower = "to go" or "in action" top
pane is "done or rejected" looks good.

I think MINE and ALL and NWS if you need.

Its alot like email I spose. outbox inbox, sent messages

Timestamp is good, retry number, delete a message, resend a message

Prolly build the list so the most recent is at the bottom ?
