[Xastir] knoppix qemu

Wes (KD4RBD) and I both tried it last night and came to the same 
conclusion.  While it works, it gives new meaning to the word SLOW!  
Live CD's tend to be slow, but this one running under windoze is at best 
a proof of concept.  Not for day to day use yet.
