[Xastir] Xastir behind Corporate Network

Xastir ports are the same as all other aprs stuff.  No biggie.

Get them to allow outbound 10152 and 14580 (full feed, user-defined 
filter, respectively) and 2323 (weather) if you need that.

You can have the network folks call me if there are security questions.
