[Xastir] Uptime: 200 days...

I'm happy to say I've had one instance of Xastir running for 200
days straight, hooked to a filtered Firenet feed ("t/oint" is the
filter).  This is the longest I've ever had Xastir running.  Power
outages usually take me out long before this.
