[Xastir] Maps, Defaults, and Chooser

For what it's worth, when I added GraphicsMagick to the LSB-Xastir
package I had to configure it with "--with-quantum-depth=16" in
order to get the online images to work, then changed USRadar.geo's
contents to:

  # The following should work for all color maps, now.
  #TRANSPARENT 0x0ffffffff
  TRANSPARENT 0x000000000

To make the radar maps work.  As of last monday or tuesday that
works working fine for me.

Perhaps some people installed an ImageMagick with quantum-depth=8?
That was the default configure option for GraphicsMagick, but I
don't know what the default is for ImageMagick.
