That'd be cool.  I kind'a dread trying to learn all about RPM's just
so I can forget all about them again (since I won't be doing them
often enough).

FC6 is probably LSB-compliant... You should just have to install the
LSB package so that you have /opt/lsb/* populated.

As far as how I build it, I use xastir/scripts/LSB-BUILD-LESSTIF to
build /opt/lsb-lesstif/*, then xastir/scripts/LSB-BUILD to build
Xastir against that.  I just checked in xastir-lsb.spec.in to CVS
this morning, which is a start on a spec file for lsb-xastir.

I've got new versions of the LSB-BUILD scripts that I haven't
checked in yet.
