[Xastir] Xastir_tigerpoly.py

Hello all,

I downloaded the Tiger 2005se files, and I was going to write a wrapper and
use Xastir_tigerpoly.py to convert them. I ran into a problem. I have
installed gdal which supplies osr.py, but osr.py looks for _osr.py. Where
can I find this file? This is all on FC5.
