[Xastir] Peet Bros & WeatherText Tools

Santa left an Ultimeter 2100 under my tree.  I told Santa I wanted a
station I could easily interface with Xastir first and foremost, and
this was really easy.  Just create a new interface of type "serial
weather" and bring it up.  Very cool.

I probably won't use them much, but the Pete Bros WeatherText Tools also
run just fine under wine on this Fedora 7 laptop.  Yeah Xastir,
Linux/Fedora, and Pete Bros!
