[Xastir] Station Info dialog change

I missed over this e-mail in my inbox and just now noticed it as I was doing
some clean-up.

Yes, I'm proposing that the Comment and Status lines be put below "Distance
from my station:" but above the "Last Position:" line.

And the reasoning is for stations that have multiple comments lines (such as a
balloon or OpenTracker device), this makes it much easier to see the "Current
Power Gain" and "Distance from my station" without scrolling down in the
dialog box.
