[Xastir] Display Packet Dialog Eratic

Just updated to latest cvs.  Noticed when the dialog is stretched to "fullish" 
vertical screen that the incoming data arrows do not always show up in the 
status bar window at the bottom of the screen.  The screen looks like it has 
a bad time keeping up with activity, thus perhaps causing this to occur.  
This may have occurred before but can't remember it behaving like this.  If 
the dialog box is set to display 8 or so lines , the arrows seem to be able 
to keep up with the incoming data.

This occurrs with the net disconnected and only tnc data which at times can be 
busy, but it isn't tonight. 

Not a real big deal, just thought it should be mentioned.
