[Xastir] Geotiff missing...???

The Debian graphicsmagick package is "unstable" and requires an "unstable"
libc6.  For some different reasons I switched from Debian to Ubuntu on the
laptop today and am loving it!

I still have not worked out GDAL for xastir (tis installed just not noticed
and latest source drops don't build).  Also, still had to run
get-maptools.sh but the overall functionality of Ubuntu is very nice!
