[Xastir] Smart Beaconing on internet?

	Does Xastir do SmartBeaconing on the internet port, or strictly on the TNC 
port?  I operate APRS from the 18-wheeler I drive, but I normally don't use a 
TNC, I use a Sprint data card instead.  I found that UI-View will only do 
timed reports on the internet port, thus SmartBeaconing is "out of business" 
without a TNC.  How about Xastir?
