[Xastir] latest CVS...issue with map_tif.c

On Sun, Sep 09, 2007 at 11:23:17PM -0600, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <kc7zru at kc7zru.net> flavor, containing:
>  Maybe add /usr/include/libgeotiff to your /etc/ld.so.conf file and re-run

ld.so.conf and ldconfig is for shared libraries, not include files, so this
solution isn't applicable to this problem.
