[Xastir] WX updates and comments

No, it is currently *NOT* do-able in Xastir. Once you set the station as
a WX station, the posit text is too long to have any status or other information
in it. This is also a problem insofar as weather stations also have no
PHG information attached.
Other programs do this by sending out a separate posit with PHG and status
info at some interval in addition to the WX reports. Or at least, this
is the way that packets from other stations using other software show up when
I've seen them running as weather stations.
If Xastir had an option to send additional status posits every nth real posit,
it would do the trick.
