[Xastir] peet bros ultimeter 2100 wind=360

What data mode is your 2100 in?  IIRC, the code to parse the wx
station is different depending on what mode you're in.

I would also look at the output from the 2100 to make sure that it's
accurately reporting to correct direction to xastir.
