*Hi Curt - - I suppose I just ended up at the site, and it was showing 
all of the states, so I just picked WI. Didn't realize it was 2006, 
since it did not mention it until I extracted the zip.file...

I just went back, and have downloaded all of the 18  tl_2008_55105.zip...

Right now I am out the door, will work on it when I return...
