[Xastir] dbfawk files for Tiger-2008 shapefiles

The maps are beautiful!

Thanks for reposting, I was starting to thing I had lost my mind.

Just to make it official..... everything in Xastir is working the way  
it should right now, all my previous concerns have been answered.

There is a great bunch of guys on this list all working hard, and I  
for one appreciate their efforts.
