[Xastir] Problems with warnings

Hello,

I have installed in an ubuntu box xastir from the stable tarball
following xastir wiki instructions.

When I run xastir using: xastir &

I start getting the following warning on the terminal:

 Warning:
    Name: create_appshell text_output2
    Class: XmTextField
    Character '\260' not supported in font.  Discarded.


The help that I have found refers that this is a Fedora problem. I am
quite familiar with Fedora, but now I am running ubuntu, as I got help
for setup the axports, FPAC and BBS using ubuntu.

My mail is to report this problem in ubuntu and to look the solution.
Probably will be looking for the language settings in ubuntu, but I
don't know where to look.
