[Xastir] $PGRMW waypoint support

I've been considering a headless xastir installation for the truck.
The Garmin supplemental waypoint data (e.g. as implemented in the T2)
would be nice to have.  Any thoughts before I throw another feature
request at the developers?

$PGRMW is a supplemental sentence - the waypoint creation is still done
through the $GPWPL sentence.  Every time the T2 sends a waypoint, it
does both.  Plus a few others if you've got them enabled.
