[Xastir] Maps from picture files (ie JPG, etc)

What version of Xastir 1.9.6
What version of GraphicsMagick: 1.3.5

I will do an upgrade...  Right now I think I have 3 different releases on 3
different machines, Good time to get all of them up to date...
