[Xastir] ax.25

On my ubuntu karmic 9.10 system, I didn't add anything at all for the  
modules, it just worked. If it didn't just work I would have though.

I have the ax25, mkiss modules loaded, not sure that I have tested  
soundmodem on that system as I use a real tnc.
