[Xastir] Can't open igate.log

Norm,
I just enabled igate logging on xastir 1.9.6, compiled on Debian v4.08
and it produces a plain text file.
My 1.9.6 compiled on Kubuntu 9.04 is a tail end system using xastir's
server port to the main system so there's no igate traffic to log.
